Navora

Support · Product · Delivery

From customer ticket to release note, with nothing re-entered.

Navora reads your support and delivery tools, makes you decide on written trade-offs, and closes the loop: whoever asked — or reported a fault — learns where their subject stands, and which release brings it.

No commitment, from 129 €/month at launch pricing · Unlimited requesters included · Your tools stay yours

Interface preview — illustrative data.

“That request I filed in March — where is it? And the bug I reported?” The two simplest questions people ask you. The ones nobody can answer.

Signals arrive from everywhere

Support, key accounts, meetings, internal channels. Nothing brings them together, and the same request is filed three times under three names.

The loudest voice sets the priority

With no way of knowing what each request actually weighs, whoever spoke last — or pushed hardest — wins.

You fix it, you ship it, and nobody says so

The fix goes to production. Whoever reported the problem — or asked for the feature — never hears about it. So they stop reporting.

The product

One loop, five stations, nothing re-entered

Navora does not replace your tools: it reads them, normalises them, and adds the decisions nobody was writing down anywhere. Each station receives what the previous one hands over.

1
Support

Listen

What comes in from the field, before any decision.

  • Inflow, backlog, ageing
  • SLA by severity, MTTR
  • “Handle first” queue
  • Progress returned to the reporter
2
Requests · Discovery

Decide

What you keep, and above all why.

  • Collection portal and votes
  • Qualify · Assess · Arbitrate
  • Written decision, named owner
3
Projects · Roadmap

Commit

What you promise, and by when.

  • Portfolio you can arbitrate
  • Frozen status reports
  • Gantt shared across the team
4
Delivery

Build

What the team actually produces.

  • Velocity, lead time, MTTF
  • Workload per person
  • Targets specific to each team
5
Releases

Ship

What actually reaches the customer.

  • Releases derived from your tickets
  • Content sorted into sections
  • Release note ready to send
And the loop closes: the author of the request and everyone who backed it are notified of the delivery, with the release that brings it. And whoever reported a fault follows its fix all the way to availability. That is what gives people a reason to speak up again.

What the person who reported a fault reads

Recomputed from your tickets on every read — nothing to enter, no possible drift from what the team sees.

  1. Fix planned
  2. Fix in progress
  3. Fixed, available soon
  4. Resolved

“The fix is complete. It will reach you at the next release.”

“Fixed” and “Resolved” are two distinct stages — a finished fix is not a fix on your side. That is what avoids announcing good news that has not arrived yet.

Explore — what if the question had already been asked?

A semantic similarity graph links related tickets, including across tools: duplicates, families of requests, recurrences buried in what is already closed. Multilingual French / English vectorisation, adjustable proximity threshold.

What really changes

A decision tool, not one more dashboard

Nothing to re-enter, ever

Everything derives from your tools and refreshes on each sync. What Navora stores of its own — decisions, release notes, fields the source does not carry — is attached to external keys and survives re-imports.

Numbers you can check

Every indicator shows how it is computed, its sample size and the items counted, one by one. Below the reliability threshold it declares itself not measurable rather than returning a verdict. A number you cannot explain is a number nobody follows.

Your prioritisation method

Your factors, your weights, your formula — not an imposed RICE. Plus a screen that shows the real share of each term in the ranking, so that nobody writes a formula blind again.

The requester is kept informed

Five statuses a non-specialist can read for a request, four stages for a fault — never internal vocabulary. A notification on delivery, the release that brings it, and a release note written for them. The loop closes on a person, not on a ticket.

The model

Your requesters cost nothing

You only pay for those who steer — the ones who arbitrate, plan and measure. Everyone who files a request, backs it or comments on it is included, with no limit on numbers.

This is not commercial packaging: it is exactly the role hierarchy of the product. A “requester” has, by construction, no access to Jira or Zendesk data.

And where product management tools stop at the product, Navora also covers the support that receives the complaints and the delivery that ships — by plugging into the tools your teams already use, rather than forcing one more on them.

Billed
Super-user

Steers, analyses, arbitrates, plans. Accesses your tools’ data.

Included
Requester — unlimited

Files a request, backs it, comments on it. Reports a fault and follows its fix.

Scope
Instance

One product, one team, one entity — walled off from the others, with its own settings.

Foundation
Organisation

Groups your instances, your accounts and your authentication method.

Honesty

What Navora does not do

Better said before you buy than after.

It does not replace Jira or Zendesk

Your teams keep their tools and their habits. Navora reads them, normalises them and links them — it asks nobody to move house.

It does not rewrite your tracker

The roadmap never modifies the source: rescheduling in Navora does not touch Jira. The only possible write is explicit, requested by an administrator.

It does not invent numbers

No sufficient sample, no verdict: the indicator says so and stays silent. We prefer a screen that abstains to a screen that reassures wrongly.

What onboarding covers

Custom plan — from signature to measured adoption

Pace adjusted to your scope: from a few weeks for a single team to three months for a multi-entity rollout.

Step 1

Connection and scoping

Plugging in your tools, defining the imported scope, mapping and normalising your fields, creating the accounts.

Step 2

Business configuration

Creating your instances, prioritisation formula, per-team targets, request form, webhooks to your tools.

Step 3

Go-live and adoption

Training the super-users, opening up to requesters, first release notes, measuring adoption.

Questions

What people ask us before signing

Do we have to drop Jira or Zendesk?

No, and that is the whole point. Your teams keep working in their tools; Navora reads them through their APIs, normalises the fields and adds the decision and reporting layer they lack.

Does Navora write into my tools?

By default, no: it reads. Rescheduling a subject on the roadmap never modifies the source. The only possible write is explicit and triggered by an administrator — creating a ticket in your tool from a request.

How long does it take to get started?

On online plans, your instance and your administrator account are created automatically after payment and the credentials are e-mailed to you; all that remains is to connect a source and run a first import. On the Custom plan, allow from a few weeks to three months depending on your scope (see the detail above).

Can my users follow a bug they reported?

Yes, and without ever seeing your internal data. The line they read carries the title written by your team, not the ticket subject — that one is written by a customer and would publish, line after line, who is in trouble and with what. Five people reporting the same problem see a single line with “5 reports”: each follows their own report, the others are counted but never listed. Neither the fix key, nor its assignee, nor the agent link is served to them. They do not read the name of your tools either: the day you migrate from one to the other, nothing changes for them. And a click on “I am hitting this too” feeds the business weight of the bug, right where your team already prioritises.

What happens if I exceed my number of super-users?

Nothing gets blocked overnight. Each additional super-user is billed €35 excl. tax per month and each additional instance €79 excl. tax per month, on the same terms as your subscription — write to us and we adjust it. Beyond forty or so super-users, the Custom plan works out cheaper: we will tell you rather than let you pile up extensions.

What if my tool is neither Jira nor Zendesk?

ServiceNow is available, and the architecture is open: adding a tool comes down to declaring a connector, without touching the rest of the product. Tell us which one you need.

How do we handle several teams or several entities?

Each business scope is a fully walled-off instance — its data, its settings, its targets. Accounts belong to the organisation and receive a role instance by instance: the same person can be an administrator here and a plain requester elsewhere.

What are the security guarantees?

Session authentication, OpenID Connect SSO and two-factor authentication (TOTP) enforceable across the whole organisation. Your API credentials are encrypted at rest and never returned to the interface. Your customers’ personal data stays out of reach of requesters.

Can we cancel?

Online plans are monthly and carry no commitment: you stop whenever you want. The Custom plan is annual; the terms are set out in our terms of sale.
